Performance Improvement Strategy
How do you move a major Department of Defense (DoD) component towards culture change and operational excellence? You call Aspire Consulting Services, LLC! We collaborated with the DoD component agency's leadership, and their Performance Improvement Office (PIO), to operationalize their strategic plan across the entire enterprise consisting of over 478 thousand personnel across the United States and its territories. They are now using this infrastructure as an avenue to drive change.

Acquisition Process Streamlining
The US Army's acquisition and logistics processes are the lifeblood of their lethality, global reach, and modernization capability. Aspire Consulting Services, LLC managed an internationally recognized, award-winning engagement with the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology) (ASA (ALT)) leading to a 24.7% reduction in Procurement Acquisition Lead Time (PALT).

Weapon System Testing & Evaluation Improvement
Force projection and surface warfare dominance are vital attributes of the US Navy. However, these capabilities depend heavily on the fidelity and timeliness of the test and evaluation of shipboard integrated weapons systems for both new and existing ships. Aspire Consulting Services, LLC was called upon to identify improvement opportunities at the Surface Combat Systems Center (SCSC) Wallops Island, which led to a complete turnaround in operational performance from 51.3% overall test plan and schedule compliance to 98.7%.

Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Implementation
If you want to build the capacity for organizational improvement, where do you start? Aspire Consulting Services, LLC managed an engagement with the US Department of Labor (DOL) to elevate capacity for change by benchmarking, designing, and implementing a LSS Continuous Process Improvement (LSS CPI) program servicing a workforce of 14,255 employees, and achieving an 87.5% certification rate. The DOL Performance Improvement Office (PIO) was formally recognized for outstanding achievement by the Secretary of Labor.

Warehousing & Tracking System Configuration
If you're going to track assets, material, and component-related transactions on a large scale, then you need to do it right! Getting this setup right is exactly where Aspire Consulting Services, LLC came into the picture. When Owens Corning (OC) needed to merge system-level insight with real-world warehousing and material-handling know-how to configure SAP's sophisticated Global Track and Trace application to accommodate their unique in-house and outsourced service and material-tracking processes, they contacted Aspire to get the job done. Within 90 days, Aspire Consultants assessed OC's material flows, services, and technology needs. They provided a breakthrough configuration that OC stood up 3.5 weeks later.

International Distribution Center Stand-Up
What if you wanted to offset the cost and other risks of establishing a major distribution center within a global logistics network? Then, how about using Aspire Consulting Service, LLC to get your operation started? Aspire Consultants leveraged their deep understanding of warehousing, material handling, and quality control to work with the management team of Walmart Stores, Inc., to help outfit their new facility and hire, train, and equip local personnel to run a $1 billion annual material transfer operation. After 18 months, this International Distribution Center (IDC) rose from dead last in overall KPI performance to "Best in Network" and became a model operation.
